Delta Imo Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligible Products:

All standard electrical equipment and components (cables, switches, ready-made parts) that have not been used and are in their original condition.

2. Return Period:

Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the original purchase invoice is available.

3. Custom Products (Manufactured Panels):

Please note that distribution and control panels manufactured specifically (Customized Panels) according to customer specifications cannot be returned unless there is a clear and technically proven manufacturing defect, due to their specialized design nature.

4. Product Condition:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, uninstalled, and not connected to an electrical power source.

5. Technical Warranty:

In the event of a technical failure during the warranty period, refer to the product\'s specific warranty policy for maintenance or replacement depending on the technical condition.

6. Refunds:

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspecting and accepting the product.
